Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat.
  3. Lay out tortillas and place a slice of American cheese on each. Add about 1/4 of the beef mixture, followed by shredded cheddar, pickles, and tomatoes if desired.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly brush or spray the outside of each wrap with oil.
  6. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.

Variations :

  • Add sautéed onions or mushrooms for a gourmet twist.
  • Swap cheddar with pepper jack or Swiss for different flavor profiles.
  • Mix in BBQ sauce or hot sauce with the beef for an extra kick.
  • Make it vegetarian with plant-based ground meat and vegan cheese.

Tips :

  • Don’t overfill the wraps; keep ingredients balanced to avoid bursting.
  • For a cheesy crust, sprinkle shredded cheese onto the tortilla before air frying.
  • Use a toothpick to secure the wraps if they tend to unroll.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, burger sauce, or more ketchup and mustard.
