Alfredo Chicken Wings

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and set a wire rack on top.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While wings bake, make the Alfredo sauce: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and nutmeg, whisking until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
  6. Toss the baked wings in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with extra sauce if desired, and sprinkle with parsley.

Variations :

  • Add crushed red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce for a spicy version.
  • Swap Parmesan with Asiago or Romano for a different cheesy depth.
  • Try air-frying the wings instead of baking for extra crispiness.

Tips :

  • Pat the wings dry with paper towels before seasoning to ensure maximum crispiness.
  • If the Alfredo sauce thickens too much, add a splash of milk or cream to loosen it.
  • Serve immediately while hot so the sauce stays silky and coats the wings perfectly.
