Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and set a wire rack on top.
- Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While wings bake, make the Alfredo sauce: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and nutmeg, whisking until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
- Toss the baked wings in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with extra sauce if desired, and sprinkle with parsley.
Variations :
- Add crushed red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce for a spicy version.
- Swap Parmesan with Asiago or Romano for a different cheesy depth.
- Try air-frying the wings instead of baking for extra crispiness.
Tips :
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels before seasoning to ensure maximum crispiness.
- If the Alfredo sauce thickens too much, add a splash of milk or cream to loosen it.
- Serve immediately while hot so the sauce stays silky and coats the wings perfectly.
