Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange the frozen fries on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Let it drain on paper towels, then crumble into pieces. Shred the cheddar if using a block. Chop the green onions.
- Once the fries are crispy and hot, transfer them to a large oven-safe serving dish or platter. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly across the fries.
- Return the dish to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or just until the cheese has fully melted.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with BBQ sauce and dollops of sour cream. Top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
- Serve hot while the cheese is gooey and the fries are still crisp.

- Loaded Style: Add diced tomatoes, olives, and a sprinkle of chili powder for a Tex-Mex twist.
- Vegetarian Option: Omit the bacon and top with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions.
