BBQ Ranch Chicken Bacon Sliders

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the Filling:
In a bowl, stir together shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until well mixed.
  3. Prepare the Sliders:
Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns, then place the top halves over the filling.
  4. Garlic Butter Topping:
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the slider buns.
  5. Bake:
Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve:
Let the sliders cool for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Variations:

  • Swap cheddar for pepper jack or gouda for a different cheese profile.
  • Use pulled pork instead of chicken for a Southern twist.
  • Add sliced jalapeños or red onions for added heat and crunch.

Tips:

  • To keep sliders crisp, bake uncovered for the final minutes.
  • These can be prepped ahead and baked when ready—just refrigerate the assembled dish and add a couple extra minutes to the bake time.
  • Serve with coleslaw or pickles for a bright, tangy contrast.
