Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar or mozzarella, cream cheese (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up the dough, tucking in the sides as you go, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  7. Serve warm with ranch, marinara, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Variations

  • Bacon and cheese: Add a slice of cooked bacon to each roll for smoky flavor.
  • Buffalo chicken: Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles for a spicy twist.
  • Veggie-packed: Add sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • BBQ style: Use shredded chicken tossed in barbecue sauce with cheddar cheese.

Tips

  • Seal the rolls tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out while baking.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and added flavor.
  • For extra crispiness, bake on the middle rack and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
  • These rolls reheat well in the oven or air fryer — perfect for leftovers or meal prep.
  • Serve as a main with a side salad, or as party snacks with a variety of dipping sauces.
