Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or oil.
  2. Season the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Start Baking:
Spread the potatoes in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, uncovered.
  4. Add the Sausage:
Remove the dish from the oven. Stir the potatoes and scatter the sliced sausage evenly over the top.
  5. Continue Baking:
Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is lightly browned.
  6. Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
  7. Garnish and Serve:
Remove from oven. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
