Chicken Turkey Bacon Ranch Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, chopped turkey, mozzarella, cheddar, and bacon. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss the crushed crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot, bubbly, and the topping is golden.
  7. Finish with extra bacon and chopped parsley before serving.

Variations

  • Replace turkey with rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
  • Add steamed broccoli or green beans for extra texture and nutrition.
  • Swap Ritz crackers for panko breadcrumbs for a lighter, crunchier topping.
  • Add a small amount of diced jalapeños for a gentle heat.

Tips

  • Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to prevent lumps in the sauce.
  • For a richer flavor, use a blend of sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack.
  • Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to help it set.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing or hot sauce over the top just before serving for added flavor.
