Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush evenly over the dough.
- Spread cottage cheese evenly over the top, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into breadsticks and serve warm.
Variations :
- Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for extra sharpness.
- Mix in Italian seasoning with the garlic butter for a classic pizzeria flavor.
- Swap mozzarella for cheddar or provolone for a different cheesy twist.
Tips :
- For crispier edges, brush a little extra garlic butter along the sides of the dough before baking.
- Serve with marinara, garlic butter sauce, or ranch for dipping.
