Dolly Parton’s Pizza Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, 1 cup mozzarella, cheddar, and half the pepperoni. Stir until well combined.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top, then add remaining mozzarella and pepperoni.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden topping.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
