Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the eggs to your preference—fried or scrambled. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread cream cheese on two slices of bread.
  4. On top of the cream cheese, layer the eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the remaining bread slices on top to complete the sandwiches.
