Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Divide and shape into 8 small slider-sized patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the patties for 2–3 minutes per side until browned but not fully cooked through.
  4. Slice each roll in half horizontally. Place one patty on the bottom half, top with a slice of cheese, and cover with the top half of the roll.
  5. Arrange the filled rolls in the prepared baking dish, close together but not squished.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Variations:

  • Stuffed Version: Add a thin slice of pickle or jalapeño inside each roll for extra bite.
  • Cheese Swap: Try pepper jack, provolone, or smoked gouda for a twist on flavor.
  • Meatless Option: Use plant-based ground beef or veggie patties for a vegetarian alternative.
  • Spicy Kick: Mix hot sauce into the ground beef or the garlic butter topping.

Tips:

  • Use a baking dish just large enough to keep the rolls snug; this helps them stay soft in the center.
  • Prepare the patties and butter mixture ahead of time to save time when assembling.
  • These reheat well in the oven or air fryer—perfect for leftovers or meal prep.
  • Don’t skip the butter topping—it gives the rolls that irresistible golden crust.
