Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until just combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each into a small patty.
- Place a cube of cheese in the center of each patty and wrap the beef around it, sealing completely to form a ball.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and wrap it around a beef ball, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the garlic Parmesan butter generously over each cheeseburger bomb.
- Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving to keep the cheese center perfectly gooey.
Variations
- Use pepper jack cheese for a spicier filling.
- Add cooked bacon bits to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
- Swap biscuit dough for pizza dough for a slightly chewier texture.
- Season the beef with a splash of Worcestershire sauce for classic burger flavor.
Tips
- Seal both the beef and dough completely to prevent cheese from leaking out during baking.
- Do not overmix the ground beef, as this can make the filling dense.
- Brush with extra garlic butter right after baking for an even richer finish.
- Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli for dipping.
