Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until just combined.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each into a small patty.
  4. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each patty and wrap the beef around it, sealing completely to form a ball.
  5. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and wrap it around a beef ball, pinching the edges to seal.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  8. Brush the garlic Parmesan butter generously over each cheeseburger bomb.
  9. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving to keep the cheese center perfectly gooey.

Variations

  • Use pepper jack cheese for a spicier filling.
  • Add cooked bacon bits to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
  • Swap biscuit dough for pizza dough for a slightly chewier texture.
  • Season the beef with a splash of Worcestershire sauce for classic burger flavor.

Tips

  • Seal both the beef and dough completely to prevent cheese from leaking out during baking.
  • Do not overmix the ground beef, as this can make the filling dense.
  • Brush with extra garlic butter right after baking for an even richer finish.
  • Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli for dipping.
