Halloween Vampire Love Potion Fudge

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In one saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with ½ can of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in vanilla and strawberry gelatin powder. Add a few drops of pink or red food coloring if desired. Set aside.
  3. In a second saucepan, melt dark chocolate chips with the remaining condensed milk and butter until smooth.
  4. Alternate spoonfuls of strawberry and dark chocolate mixtures into the prepared dish. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer to create a marbled “love potion” pattern.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with edible glitter or shimmer dust for a magical finish.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Variations

  • Berry twist: Use raspberry or cherry gelatin instead of strawberry for a deeper, darker hue.
  • Velvet potion: Add a splash of raspberry liqueur or strawberry extract to enhance the flavor.
  • White rose version: Skip the dark chocolate layer and swirl pink fudge with white for a soft, romantic look.
  • Bloody drizzle: Before serving, drizzle with melted dark chocolate or raspberry syrup for that perfect “bloody kiss.”

Tips

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the smoothest, creamiest texture.
  • Avoid overheating the chocolate; melt gently over low heat to prevent graininess.
  • Chill the fudge completely before cutting for clean, defined swirls.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer freshness.
