Instructions:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In one saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with ½ can of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in vanilla and strawberry gelatin powder. Add a few drops of pink or red food coloring if desired. Set aside.
- In a second saucepan, melt dark chocolate chips with the remaining condensed milk and butter until smooth.
- Alternate spoonfuls of strawberry and dark chocolate mixtures into the prepared dish. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer to create a marbled “love potion” pattern.
- Sprinkle lightly with edible glitter or shimmer dust for a magical finish.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
Variations
- Berry twist: Use raspberry or cherry gelatin instead of strawberry for a deeper, darker hue.
- Velvet potion: Add a splash of raspberry liqueur or strawberry extract to enhance the flavor.
- White rose version: Skip the dark chocolate layer and swirl pink fudge with white for a soft, romantic look.
- Bloody drizzle: Before serving, drizzle with melted dark chocolate or raspberry syrup for that perfect “bloody kiss.”
Tips
- Use high-quality chocolate for the smoothest, creamiest texture.
- Avoid overheating the chocolate; melt gently over low heat to prevent graininess.
- Chill the fudge completely before cutting for clean, defined swirls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer freshness.
