Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the chopped ham and shredded Swiss cheese across the cream cheese layer.
- Add green onions, if using, for a fresh flavor boost.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, being careful not to push the filling out.
- Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once set, slice each tortilla into ½-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.
- Serve cold or at room temperature for best results.
