Ham & Swiss Ranch Pinwheels

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped ham and shredded Swiss cheese across the cream cheese layer.
  4. Add green onions, if using, for a fresh flavor boost.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly, being careful not to push the filling out.
  6. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Once set, slice each tortilla into ½-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.
  8. Serve cold or at room temperature for best results.

Variations :

  • Substitute turkey for ham or try a combination of meats for variety.
  • Use cheddar, provolone, or pepper jack cheese for a different flavor profile.
