Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Steak Bites:
Season steak cubes generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak in a single layer without crowding. Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and crusty.
Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Stir to coat steak bites and cook another minute until garlic is fragrant.
Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  2. Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon butter and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 3–4 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine and Serve:
Return steak bites to the skillet. Toss gently to coat in the sauce and warm through for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Variations:

  • Substitute sirloin with ribeye or tenderloin for even richer results.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms or caramelized onions to the sauce for extra depth.
  • Swap Parmesan for Asiago or Gruyère for a different flavor profile.

Tips:

  • For the best sear, make sure your skillet is hot and don’t overcrowd the pan.
  • Let steak rest after searing for extra juiciness.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest, most flavorful sauce.
