Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Instructions:

  1. Cook the meat:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add ground beef, season with pepper and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned. Drain any grease.
  2. Prepare the bacon:
Cook bacon until crisp, crumble, and set aside.
  3. Mix the cheeses:
In a bowl, combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan.
  4. Layer the lasagna:
Spread a small amount of marinara sauce in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer 3 noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the beef, some bacon, and marinara. Repeat the layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and sprinkle on the remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and bacon.
  5. Bake:
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Rest and serve:
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Variations:

  • Add sautéed onions or mushrooms to the beef for more depth.
  • Substitute ground turkey or Italian sausage for beef.
  • Use smoked mozzarella for extra flavor.

Tips:

  • Letting the lasagna rest before cutting keeps the layers intact.
  • Lightly oil the foil so it doesn’t stick to the cheese when baking.
  • Assemble ahead and refrigerate up to a day in advance before baking.
