Spaghetti Pizza Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well coated.
  3. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the spaghetti mixture evenly into the dish to form the base or “crust.”
  4. Spoon the pizza sauce or marinara evenly over the spaghetti layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add the mini pepperoni slices and any additional toppings you like — olives, bell peppers, mushrooms — to customize.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and slightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Variations:

  • Sausage Lover’s Version: Replace pepperoni with cooked crumbled sausage for a meaty variation.
  • Veggie Deluxe: Use roasted zucchini, caramelized onions, and sautéed spinach for a plant-forward twist.
  • White Pizza Style: Swap marinara for a garlic cream sauce and top with ricotta and spinach.
  • Cheesy Supreme: Double the cheese by adding provolone or cheddar to the mozzarella blend.

Tips:

  • Prep Ahead: You can assemble the casserole up to a day in advance and bake it fresh when needed.
  • Extra Crispy Crust: For a firmer base, bake the spaghetti layer alone for 10 minutes before adding toppings.
  • Perfect Slicing: Let it cool slightly before slicing to help the portions hold their shape.
  • Reheat-Friendly: Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispness.
