Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well coated.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the spaghetti mixture evenly into the dish to form the base or “crust.”
- Spoon the pizza sauce or marinara evenly over the spaghetti layer.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the mini pepperoni slices and any additional toppings you like — olives, bell peppers, mushrooms — to customize.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Variations:
- Sausage Lover’s Version: Replace pepperoni with cooked crumbled sausage for a meaty variation.
- Veggie Deluxe: Use roasted zucchini, caramelized onions, and sautéed spinach for a plant-forward twist.
- White Pizza Style: Swap marinara for a garlic cream sauce and top with ricotta and spinach.
- Cheesy Supreme: Double the cheese by adding provolone or cheddar to the mozzarella blend.
Tips:
- Prep Ahead: You can assemble the casserole up to a day in advance and bake it fresh when needed.
- Extra Crispy Crust: For a firmer base, bake the spaghetti layer alone for 10 minutes before adding toppings.
- Perfect Slicing: Let it cool slightly before slicing to help the portions hold their shape.
- Reheat-Friendly: Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispness.
