Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in cold water and set aside to cool slightly.

- Stir in mini marshmallows and chopped strawberries.
- Transfer mixture to a large serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with extra fresh strawberries before serving.
