Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Sprinkle cooked beef over the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle the sour cream mixture on top.
- Add shredded cheese over everything.
- Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, just until cheese is melted.
- Top with shredded lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
- Slice and serve warm.
