5. Sudden Confusion or Severe Headache

Some people experience sudden confusion during a mini stroke.
They may:
- Become disoriented
- Have trouble following conversations
- Struggle to answer simple questions
- Seem unusually forgetful for a short time
Less commonly, a sudden severe headache may also occur.
Although headaches are more often associated with other conditions, a sudden, intense headache—especially when combined with other neurological symptoms—requires immediate medical attention.
