  • 2 cups diced green bell pepper
  • 2 cups finely chopped onion
  • 1½ cups apple cider vinegar (5% acidity)
  • 1½ cups white vinegar (5% acidity)
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pickling salt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seed
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
