4. Brain Fog (“Fibro Fog”)

The symptom that blindsides people, because nobody warns them a pain condition will touch their mind. “Fibro fog” is often as distressing as the physical pain:

  • Memory lapses
  • Trouble concentrating
  • Losing words mid-sentence
  • A sense of mental murkiness
  • Struggling to juggle more than one thing
